Alongside Caorunn's signature botanicals, including rowan berry, dandelion, bog myrtle, blush apple and heather, this new gin also uses Scottish raspberry. These are infused in Caorunn's unique Berry Chamber, a horizontal copper chamber where the botanicals sit on horizontal trays to slowly and evenly infuse in the distilled spirit vapours.
The result is a bright, clean, fresh and fruity gin, perfect as a G&T or as a vibrantly fruity cocktail ingredient.
